Size & Weight Of Letters?

Our letters are 4ft high by 2ft wide, some of our letters are a little wider such as M, W and & sign. Our letters are fairly heavy, however we will deliver, set up and then collect the following morning from your venue. Each letter is connected with 3m power cable, we also supply an extension lead if required.

What Words Can I Spell With The Letters?

You can spell just about anything! The most popular words such as LOVE, MR  & MRS & INITIALS are available as a package so please see our PRODUCTS & PRICELIST page for our pricelist.

Can I Choose A Different Coloured Bulb To Match My Theme?

Yes of course! Our cabochon lights can be changed to the colour of your choice to match your theme and venue.

Can The Light Up Letters Be Used Outdoors?

Yes they can be just as long as kept undercover and dry at all times, ideally in a marquee or similar shelter.

How Do I Secure My Booking?

We ask for a £50 deposit in order to secure your date, with the balance payable 7 days before your event.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Bank transfer is preferable however we also accept PayPal. Instructions on how to pay will be on your invoice and booking form.

Cancellation

Cancellation within 7 days of the event will be charged at the full amount. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, therefore in the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
